CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-360 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR SLIDE REPAIRS ADJACENT <br /> TO LONGVIEWDRIVENEARTWELVE OAKS DRIVE, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:362), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> slide repairs adjacent to Longview Drive near <br /> Twelve Oaks Drive, and that said plans have been <br /> reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 15, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> slide repairs adjacent to Longview Drive near <br /> Twelve Oaks Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Manager to enter into any <br /> agreement necessary to acquire right-of-way <br /> necessary to construct said improvements. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 15, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> KENET~HR~MAYOR <br />By Peggy Ezidro, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
