ATTACHNENT A <br /> <br /> Proposed Conditions of Approval <br /> Regrading of Lot 48, Tract 5835 <br /> <br />1. That the regrading of Lot 48 of Tract 5835 shall conform <br /> substantially to the revised grading plans, Exhibit A (dated <br /> July 13, 1989), on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That all excess cut material generated from the proposed <br /> regrading of the lot shall be exported to areas within the <br /> general vicinity of the site (e.g. the Beratlis, Hatsushi, <br /> and Amador Savings and Loan properties). If export is <br /> necessary the applicant shall submit a plan for the export of <br /> cut material which accommodates the off-hauling of dirt <br /> within the boundaries of the properties noted above. Said <br /> plan shall be submitted for review and approval by the <br /> Planning Director prior to any regrading on the lots. <br /> <br />3. That any retaining walls installed as part of the regrading <br /> of the four subject lots shall meet the requirements of the <br /> improvement plans for Tract 5835, on file with the Public <br /> Works/Engineering Department. <br /> <br />4.
