IN THE PLANNING COP4fISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF C.ALIFURNIA <br />RESOLUTION #8 <br />WHEREAS, the matter came regularly before the Planning Commission <br />this date for as adjustment i.n the setback lines of Lot 1, Block 7 of <br />Tract 1752, Pleaaanton Construction Company; <br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved as follows; <br />1) The Commission finds the size, slope and shape of the lot <br />causes a hardship Lo require a twentp foot (20~) setback from <br />the street to all points of the building. <br />2) This Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council <br />that a zariance be granted from the street setback provided <br />by Ordinance #228. <br />DATED AND SIGNED this 21st day of June, 1957. <br />ATTEST: <br />°.2T///6 <br />A.
