IN THE PL4DINING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AIAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Resolution No. 34 <br />WHEREAS, the application of JACKSON & PERKINS COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA <br />for a Conditional 'Coning Permit to remodel an existing building at 320 Main <br />Street for use as an retail and wholesale office building has regularly <br />come before this Planning Commission, and the applicant appearing through <br />Mr. Neil Moore, who presented the proposal; and the matter haling been <br />c onsidered by the Planning Commission; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLIAWS: <br />1. No public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />on this matter. <br />2. That the conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance <br />No. 276 are met. <br />3.
