IN THE PL4NNIlVG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COiTNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Resolution No. 36 <br />WHEREAS, A request of Charles Fiorio for an amendment to Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 28, which granted a variance to construct a <br />carport on the northeast corner of a lot at 54 Rose Avenue one foot from <br />the property line, has regularly come before this Planning Commission and <br />the matter having been considered by the Planning Commission; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVID that Resolution No. 28 be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />1. That the variance be granted for construction of the carport on <br />the northwest corner of the lot. <br />2. That the north and "west" walls be of one-hour fire resistant <br />construction. <br />3. That the roof overhang on the north and "west" sides is not to <br />exceed more than six inches beyond the building line. <br />1+. That no run-off be allowed onto neighbots' property. <br />RESOLVED further, that this amendment is of a minor nature,that it <br />proposes a lower use of applicant's property in relation to adjoining <br />property, and that for these reasons, no full variance proceedings are <br />required. <br />DATED: July 31, 1958 <br />'} ~~ <br />V.
