IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Resolution No. 38 <br />WHEREAS, the application ~f John Vierra, 507 Railroad Avenue, <br />for a Conditional Zoning Permit to allow a plumbing repair business <br />at the above address was duly considered at a public meeting of <br />the Planning Commission on August 14, 1958; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton that this Conditional Zoning Permit be granted <br />under the following conditions: <br />1. No public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance <br />No. 276 are met. <br />3.
