Division <br />Street has regularly come before this Planning Commission, and the applicant <br />appearing through Mr. Victor Sousa, who presented the proposal; and the <br />matter having been considered by the Planning Commission: <br />P10W THF~2F~'ORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. IQo public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter. <br />2. That the conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 276 <br />are met. <br />3. That the house numbering shall be visible from Division Street. <br />~+. That an a11-weather type driveway shall be maintained to the <br />proposed house. <br />5• That the rear setback shall be Chang®d from 12' to 20'. <br />6. That the building shall conform to the building code of the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />7.
