IN THE PLAPINING CON;viISSION OF TH^n CITY OF PLEASAP~PON <br />COUNTY OF AL4MEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Resolution ~40 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Church of Christ for an extension <br />of Conditional 'Coning Permit granted under Resolution P7o. 16, to use <br />property at 706 Main Street as a church has regularly come before this <br />Planning Commission, and the applicant appearing through Rev. W. N. Davis; <br />and the matter having been considered by the Planning Commission; <br />NOW THEREFORE BF IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public <br />interest in this matter. <br />2. The conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 276 <br />are met. <br />3.
