IN THE PLANNING COR'~fISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASA.NTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIi~ RNIA <br />Resolution #51 <br />Amendment <br />RESOLVED: <br />1) That Resolution #31 adopted by this Commission on January 8, 1959 <br />is hereby amended to provide the following changed and substituted conditions: <br />s) Applicant would relocate the proposed building so that it is <br />not over the existing sewer line. <br />b) Applicant or owner would grant the City an easement of record <br />for the existing sewer line. <br />c) Said easement will provide that City would relinquish and grant <br />title for the owner upon relocation cs abandonment of existing sewer <br />d) The City would permit applicant to use the existing sewer line, <br />not to exceed one-half of the capacity of said 6" line. <br />e) Owner will grant the City a 10• sewer easement along the <br />ly boundary from Ray Stroet to Arroyo del Valle. <br />f) Upon further expansion by applicant requiring relocation of <br />ing line, applicant vd 11 grant the City a new easement to hold the exist- <br />ing sewer, running at right angles to the property line at a location to <br />be agreed upon by applicant and the City. <br />2) That the Euilding Permit shall be issued immediately, upon condition <br />that applicant accepts a risk that an appeal will be filed within seven days <br />of date hereof. <br />DATED: February 5, 1959 <br />/ ~ - / <br />
