IN THE PLAPdNING CONf4ISSI0N OF THE CITY OFPL.ASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATL OF CALIFORNIA <br />Resolution No. 54 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Roy N. Jensen, 1313 Last Avenue, Livermore <br />for a Conditional Zoning Permit pursuant to Ordinance No. 293, of the City <br />of Pleasanton was duly considered at the public meeting of the Planning <br />Commission and the need of a public hearing having been r'aived: <br />NOYJ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS <br />1( The conditions of the applicable sections of Ordinance No. 293 are met <br />2) The permit is hereby granted Por a period of six (b) months subject <br />to the conditions listed below: <br />1) The property may be employed solely in the followir~g uses: <br />a) Administrative and executive offices. <br />b) Professional offices and medical clinics <br />c) Off-street parking lots required to service permitted uses. <br />d) Accessory bv.ildings and appurtenant to permitted uses. <br />e) One sign appurtenant to permitted uses, no sign to exceed <br />taro (2) square feet in area. <br />2) Structures shall be essentially residential in character and sh <br />harmonize with the architecture of existing structures and adjacent <br />to them. <br />3) No structure shall be in excess of one story or fifteen (15) feet <br />in height. <br />4) Off-street parking space for each two hundred (200) square feet <br />office floor space plus one (1) parking space for each employee or <br />staff member shall he provided. <br />5) Maximum lot coverage shall be 25~ <br />b) A permanently landscaped strip no less than ten (10) feet y:ide <br />abutting residential property lines and no less than twenty (20) feet <br />wide abutting all public streets shall be ~sintaired. <br />7) Curb breaks giving access to the property shall not occur closer <br />than fifty (50) feet from the nearest curb of an intersecting street. <br />Curb breaks shall be no wider than twenty (20) feet and s'r.all be sep-, <br />grated from the adjacent breaks by a curb no less than thirty (30) <br />feet in length. <br />$) A early legible site plan with all dimensions drawn to scale and <br />architectural drawings including a perspective 3rawing of all build= <br />ings to be erected shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for <br />aUgroval orior to the comrencement of anY construction activity. <br />
