P E <br /> Subject: Proposal for Water Master Plan Update .ode. <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. Elliott: <br /> <br /> In line with the discussion at our meeting August 3, 1989, enclosed is a Scope of Work and <br /> Fee Estimate for the update of the Clty's 1985 Water Master Plan. we propose that this task <br /> group be authorized by amendment to our current Contract for Consultant Services dated <br /> November 16. 1988. <br /> <br /> The work could be identified as Phase 1A since it is to be completed in conjunction with <br /> Phase 1, Joint Use Feasibfilty Study. A proposed revised schedule for the Master Plan <br /> Update, the Joint Use Study and the other phases of the TassaJara Reservoir and <br /> Transmission Main Project is also enclosed. <br /> <br /> Thank you for your consideration of our proposal.
