LY TiIE PLANNING CGPf~fISSIO?J OF TiI, CITY OF PLGASA?dTON <br />CCUNTY GF kLAt+T:DA - STATE Or^ CALIFG?NIA <br />Resolution #55 <br />RESCLVED~ Resolution No, k5, dated December 18~ 1958, recommending a <br />General Flan for adoption by the City Council is hereby amended by adding <br />the following paragraph: <br />a) An additional Industrial Areas described below is hereby <br />recommended as industrial zone as a part of the General Plan, This <br />lands presently lying outside of the City limits is being developed <br />through the efforts of the City of San Francisco and City of Fleasanton., <br />b) The additional zone is hereby described as the property owned <br />by the Water Department of the City of San Francisco bounded on the ~ <br />north by Bernal Avenues on the east by i4estern Pacific Railroads on the ~ <br />south by an Unnamed Tributary and on the west by the Arroyo de Laguna• <br />o) The Planning Coamiission further recommends to the City Council <br />that a joint study of a Special Type of Industrial Zone be considered <br />to meet the unique problems and opportunities presented by San Fran- <br />ciscots proposed Industrial Park. <br />d) The City Staff is hereby instructed to modify mpps and the City <br />Council is urged to consider development o£ Industrial Zoning to include <br />mixed Industrial and Commercial Zones• <br />DATED March 19, 1959 <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />// /. , ; <br />V.
