The findings required by Ordinance X290 (Interim Zoning Ordinance <br />are hereby deemed justified and found to be the facts. <br />II. A Conditional Zoning Fcrmit is granted to Pleasanton Haights Swim'; <br />Club, a non-profit corporation, originated in California, applicant hereinl~ <br />to operate a cormmunity swimming pool, as set out in its application, ! <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. To insure the use of the land as a neighborhood community <br />pool, restrictions are made as follows: i <br />a) 8esidents of the City of Pleasanton only may be members) <br />b) A minimum of 2/3 of the membership shall reside within <br />2000 feet of the site. <br />c) Membership shall not exceed 120 families. <br />d) Guests shall be limited to 25 per member per year, with <br />no admission to the public for money consideration. <br />e) No alcholic beverage or food concessions allowed on the <br />premises. i <br />2) To prevent traffic hazards in a residential community, one <br />off-street parking plane, properly paved, shall be provided for every' <br />six member families. <br />3) Lot coverage shall be as follows: <br />a) Front yards shall be at least 20t with a minimum of St I <br />on either side, a total of 12f on both side yards, and a 30T <br />rear yard. <br />b) Yards shall be landscaped in keeping witjt nearby <br />residences. <br />c) A six foot solid fence with two £oot barbed wire on top' <br />shall surround entire area. <br />4) To provide for safety of the public using the swimming pool <br />the following regulations are recommended and imposed. <br />a) Hours of operation shall be 10 A.AS. to 9 P.M. with a <br />lifeguard on duty at all times. <br />b) When not open, the gate shall be closed and locked with <br />keys in the possession of members only. <br />5) A general enforcement provisions are as Follows: <br />
