That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter.. <br />2. 'inat the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Commercial Uses have been met. <br />3. i"Yiat the Conditional 'Coning Permit is hereby granted subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />a. `ihat the building be located pursuant to the plot plan <br />on file. <br />'o. `!'hat sidewall:, curb, and gutter be installed in front <br />of the proposed building according to city standards and <br />subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />1-.
