IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITT OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to <br />Art Hilliker on behalf oY Robert Porreell. <br />The application of Art Hilliker oa behalf oY Robert Powell, having <br />been filed on July 29, 1959 pursuant to Ordinance X293 of the City oY <br />Pleasanton and the matter duly considered at the public meeting oY the <br />City of Pleasanton P]sncting Commission: <br />NOW THEREFORE the Plattuing Commission does resolve: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary is the paiblic interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the P]snning Commission finds the conditions oP Section 2.22 <br />oY Ordinance 293 pertaining to Co~nercial Uses have been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to zone Yor construction of <br />Motel and Swimming Pool on Pleaeautoa Hotel property is hereby <br />granted subject to the following conditions: <br />s. That the Motel sad Swimming Pool meet the general outline <br />of the Plot Pisa. <br />b. That a m4ntm,m, of 180 aq. ft. be allotted to each unit apace. <br />c. That a minimiaa of 67 off-street parking spaces be provided. <br />d. That the use of the pool be restricted to Motel and Hotel <br />guests. <br />4.
