Company, Pleasanton Heights <br />The application of M. G. C. Company having been Piled on July 23, 1959 <br />pursuant to Ordinance X293 of the City of Pleasanton and the matter duly con- <br />sidered at the public meeting of the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission: <br />NOW T1~'ORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Commission finds the conditions oY Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Residential Usea have been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to M.C.C. Company, Pleasanton <br />Heights for Tentative Map Yor Tract 2093 <br />is here- <br />b~ granted subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The sewer line in the easement in the rear oY lots 1-6 oP block <br />3 to be so located as to allow Yor Eliture installation oY storm water <br />PiPinB• <br />b. Curb and gutter storm water flow is not to be allowed to drain <br />Prom the Tract uncontrolled; a Drainage Release to be installed. <br />c. Oomer or developer to secure a storm water release south oP the <br />tract near Mirador Drive. <br />d. Sanitary sewer manholes be of suYYicient height to exclude storm <br />drain waters. <br />e.
