IN TIE PIANIdING COMMISSION OF TIE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ATI~MEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 67 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to <br />John Edgren & Sons, 234 Main Street <br />The application oY John Edgren'& Sons, having been filed on August 26, <br />1959 pursuant to Ordinance X293 of the City of Pleasanton and the matter duly <br />considered at the public meeting oP the City of Pleasanton Planning <br />NOW THEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Commercial Uses have been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to John Edgren & Sons, to con- <br />struct a prefabricated commercial carport at 234 Main Street is <br />hereby granted subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The structure to be built as outlined on the sketch as submitted. <br />b. The overhang not to project beyond the inside edge of the side- <br />walk. <br />4.
