Dunn, 119 St. John Street <br />The application of Helen K. Dunn, having been filed on August 23a 1959 <br />pursuant to Ordinance X293 of the City of Pleasanton and the matter duly con- <br />sidered at the public meeting oY the City oY Pleasanton Planning Commission. <br />NOW T@?F~'ORE the Planning Commdssion does resolve: <br />1. That ao public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Commission finds the conditions oY Section 2.22 <br />of Or i*R~ce 293 pertaining to Commercial Uses have been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to Eelea K. Duna, to construct a <br />six unit professional building at 119 St. John Street is hereby <br />granted subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Parking area in driveway to be paved. <br />b. 20 ft. front yard setback. <br />c. Each driveway to be 12 ft. width minimim,~ <br />d. One peaking place for each 200 sq. ft. oY building area. <br />e. Front yard to be landscaped. <br />Y. Sign area not to exceed 90 Pt. with indirect lighting. <br />g. Coe~plete plot plan to be filed with City Engineer before a <br />building permit is issued. <br />4.
