Trublood and i~dene Trublood, 588 St. Sohn St. <br />The application of W. H. Trublood and Modene Trublood, having been filed <br />on September 1, 1959 pursuant to Ordinance X293 of the City of Pleasanton and <br />the matter duly considered at the public meeting oY the City of Pleasanton <br />Planning Commission. <br />NOW THERh~'ORE the Panning Commission does resolve: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Commercial Uaes have been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to W. H. Trublood and Modene Tru- <br />blood, to enlarge residence at 588 St. John Street for use as rest <br />home is hereby granted sub3ect to the following conditions: <br />e. Existing ~ ft. side yard setback be permitted oa extension <br />of the new construction according to plot plans submitted. <br />b. OPf street parking for six cars. <br />b. Parking area to be paved within three years. <br />4.
