Division Street. <br />The application oY Mrs. Anna Brown, having been filed on September 1, <br />1959 pursuant to Ordinance #293 of the City oY Pleasanton and the matter <br />duly considered at the public meeting oY the City of Pleasanton Planning <br />Commissions was denied because oY the following conditions: <br />1. That no public hearing ie deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Commission Minds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />oY Ordinance 293 pertainin~v to Residential Uses have not been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to Mrs. Anna Brown 464 B. Division <br />Street, to construct a six unit apartment on South Division Street <br />adjacent to the Western Pacific Railroad according to plot plan <br />submitted was denied because: <br />s. Too high density on the ratio of R-1 zoning. <br />4.
