Division Street. <br />The application of Rita de Poste, having been filed on September 1, 1959 <br />pursuant to ~i*+Arce X293 oY the City of Pleasanton and the matter duly con- <br />sidered at the public meeting of the City of Pleasanton Planning Coa~isaioa. <br />NOW THEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Plnnnin,~n Commission Yinds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to Rita de Ponte, to park a <br />trailer at 540 W. Division Street is hereby granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />s. To be used as living quarters Yor grandson. <br />b. Time: September 17, 1959 to June 1, 1961. <br />4.
