IN THE PLANNING COI~4fISSION OF THE CITY OF PrFasaNmON <br />CGUNTY OF ALAMEDA - STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to Alfred J. Avilla <br />991 Rose Avenue. <br />The application of Alfred J. Avilla, having been filed on August 31, <br />1959 pursuant to n*~t,,..*+ce #293 oP the City of Pleasanton and the matter <br />duly considered at the public meeting of the City of Pleasanton Planning <br />Commission. <br />NOW THEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Coaunission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />of Ordinance 293 perta;n?ng t0 Residential Uses have been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to Alfred J. Avilia to build <br />a carport according to plot plans submitted is hereby granted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a. 5 ft. side yard setback. <br />4.
