IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CI1^Y OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEJ)A, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 73 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to Victor L. Lund, Sr. <br />4698 Second Street. <br />The application of Victor L. Lund, having been filed on September ].l, <br />1ry59 pursuant to Ordinance #293 of the City of Pleasanton and the matter <br />duly considered at the public meeting of the City of Pleasanton Planning <br />Commission. <br />NOW THEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Panning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met. <br />3. That the Conditional Zoning Permit to Victor L. Lund, Sr. to con- <br />struct a carport according to plot plans submitted is hereby <br />granted subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Carport to extend in line with existing garage on Abbey Street. <br />b. 2 ft. side yard setback. <br />4.
