IN TFIE PLANNING COi~1ISSI0N OF TiiE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />' COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to Lee Luce at <br />441• Main Street. <br />The application of Lee Luce, having been filed on September 17, 1959 <br />pursuant to Ordinance X293 of the City of Pleasanton and the matter duly <br />considered at the public meeting of the City of Pleasanton Planning <br />Commission. <br />NOW TI~tEE'ORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1. That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Commercial Uses have been met. <br />3. That the Conditions]. Zoning Permit to Lee Luce to operate a Bsrber <br />Shop at 4~+ Main Street is hereby granted sub,~ect to the following <br />conditions: <br />none <br />4.
