That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Commercial Uses have been met. <br />3. That the Conditions]. Zoning Permit to Lee Luce to operate a Bsrber <br />Shop at 4~+ Main Street is hereby granted sub,~ect to the following <br />conditions: <br />none <br />4.
