IN THE PLSNf1ING COt~fISSION OF TfiE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTOId, COUI`"PY OF AIAMEDA, STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTIOr1 N0. 75 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to <br />Albert Villata <br />The application of Albert Villata to construct a single family dwelling, <br />having been filed on September 24, 1959, pursuant to Ordinance X293 of the City <br />of Pleasanton and the matter duly considered at the public meeting of the City <br />of Pleasanton Planning Commission; <br />NOW TAERREF'ORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met. <br />3) That the CONDITIONAL ZONING PERpIT is hereby granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a) Minimum front yard requirements of 20 feet, one side yard to be <br />5 feet, a total oP 12 feet for side yards, minimum bacl: yard <br />requirements of 25 feet. <br />b) Side walk to be constructed in front of house. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />resolution to the applicant, City Administrator, Building Inspector and any <br />other interested parties. <br />.-' <br />,~ ~~ <br />Chris W.
