IN THE PL4SINI!VG COMMISSIOi1 OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAI~DA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLU`PION ~6 <br />Granting a Conditional Zoning Permit to <br />Wanda Glaser <br />The application of Wanda Glaser to construct a single Yamily dwelling, <br />having been filed on October 1, 1959, pursuant to Ordinance #2;3 oY the City <br />of Pleasanton and the matter du]y considered at the public meeting of the City <br />of Pleasanton Planning Commission; <br />NOW TiIEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Co~anission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />oP Ordinance Ido. ?_93 pretaining to Residential Uses have been met. <br />3) That the CONDITIONAL ZOPiING P~iIT is hereby granted sub3ect to <br />the following conditions: <br />s) That the existing buildings not shown on plot plan be removed. <br />b) That the house numbers for all houses be located visible from <br />street. <br />c) That the existing garage, as shown on the plan, may be moved <br />to a new location on the lot if it conforms to the require- <br />ments of the building code, or if the garage does not meet <br />these requirements, it is to be demolished and a paved off- <br />street parking space Yor two cars is to be provided. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />resolution to the applicants, City Administrator, 3uilding <br />and any other interested parties. <br />~, ., <br />Chris W.
