That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2. That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />of Ordinance #293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met. <br />3. That the CONDITIONAL. ZONING PERP:ITis hereby granted subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />a) That there be at least two garages for a ,~,aY;m„n of two units. <br />b) That the existing work shop be removed. <br />4.
