IN THE FIANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEAA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Lois I. Collins, 625 <br />Main Street, Pleasanton, California, filed November 16, 1959, for residential <br />and cafe use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, of the Cfty of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2} That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Sections 2.21 <br />and 2.22 of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to residential and com- <br />mercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted fora period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />a) Parking for four (1+) units be made available now and in three <br />(3) years, additional off-street parking be provided for cafe <br />customers, one space for every two and a half seats, and at <br />that time, the parking space be asphalted. <br />b) Sign that is put up out front should not project over sidewalk. <br />c) Building should be brought up to building and health codes. <br />d) That separate entrances for apartments and dining; cus~comers pe <br />provided. <br />e) Lawn should be put in now between sidewa]1s and taro ~-nd within <br />three (3) years, it should be concreted. <br />f) Building should meet State and City Ordinances relating to fire. <br />~} That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOi'7.'ED this third day of December, 1959• <br />ATTEST: <br />w <br />fyr <br />i <br />Ral ~- Act ng Chairman <br />City Planning Commission <br />Secretary <br />
