All laboratory work
will be performed at NET Pacific, Inc. in Santa Rosa, California.

Six groundwater samples will be collected from the proposed wells and the one
existing well near the fuel tank complex. Three of the six water samples will
be analyzed for the presence of total volatile hydrocarbons (TVH) and benzene,
toluene, ethyl benzene, and total xylenes (BTEX) using EPA Methods 8015 and
8020. In addition, these three water samples will be analyzed for total
extractable hydrocarbons (TEH) as diesel. These tests will cover the low and
high boiling range for hydrocarbon fuels. One water sample from the paint shop
area will be analyzed for volatile organic compounds (VOC) using EPA method
624 and priority metals using inductively coupled argon plasma with atomic
absorption spectrophotometer (ICP/AA) methods. The remaining two water
I. amples will be analyzed for VOC using EPA Method 624. The samples will be
tested on a normal 10 to 15 working day laboratory turnaround basis unless
rulh charges am requested (rush charge is three times the normal rate).
