FOR THE VALLEY TRAILS NEIGHBORHOOD STREETLIGHT <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />SUMMARY <br />This project consisted of the replacement of the streetlights in the Valley Trails <br />Neighborhood. The project is now complete and ready for formal acceptance of public <br />improvements by the City. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept all public improvements for the Valley Trails Neighborhood Streetlight <br />Replacement Project. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />3. Authorize final payment to Bleyco, Inc. in the amount of $1,893.35. <br />4. Authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $17,267.95 to Bleyco, Inc. <br />thirty days after recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />This project replaced existing streetlights. The newly installed streetlights will be <br />covered under our streetlight maintenance contract for the same price as the replaced <br />lights. No new maintenance costs are associated with this project. <br />
