Reducing Demand Policy 2: Policy 3 Encourage energy efficiency and the conservation of electricity and natural gas through education. Program 2.1: Sponsor energy-related workshops and invite local builders, architects, homeowners, and business owners. Program 2.2: Distribute energy-related educational materials to schools, the library, the media, homeowners, and other organizations. Program 2.3: Create educational displays when possible. Program 2.4: Display energy conservation and energy efficiency information on the City's web page.
