CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-331 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR RESURFACING OF VARIOUS <br /> CITY STREETS, PROJECT NO. 895019, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING C~LLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 89:337), advised the City Council that <br /> plans and specifications had been completed for <br /> resurfacing of various City streets, Project No. <br /> 895019, and that said plans have been reviewed by <br /> staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 1, 1989, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> resurfacing of various City streets, Project No. <br /> 895019. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 1, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
