CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-130 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF SUMMERHILL <br /> HOMES/NOLAN FARMS, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> PUD-99~05 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 26, 1999, the City Council received a proposed negative <br /> declaration for the application of SummerHill Homes/Nolan Farms for Planned <br /> Unit Development plan approval for a 31-1ot single-family detached home <br /> subdivision with a 1.8+ acre remainder parcel for the existing home on two <br /> existing parcels of land totaling 15.2 acres located at 1015 and 1027 Rose Avenue; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a proposal was presented to increase the density to allow incorporation of five <br /> moderate-income units; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 3, 1999, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
