CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-129 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE <br /> REPORT OF THE PLEASANTON DOWNTOWN <br /> ASSOCIATION ADVISORY BOARD AND LEVYING THE <br /> ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has heretofore established a Downtown Pleasanton Business <br /> Improvement District, the purposes and boundaries of which are set forth in <br /> Chapter 5.28 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has heretofore appointed a Pleasanton Advisory Board for <br /> the Downtown Pleasanton Improvement District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Advisory Board has prepared a report for the fiscal year 2000, which report is <br /> on file with the City Clerk, which report satisfies the statutory requirements of <br /> Streets and Highways Code, §36534 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The report of the Advisory Board is approved and the assessment is levied for <br /> fiscal year 2000. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
