Miscellaneous <br /> 15.1 Physical Examination/Wellness Program <br /> The City shall reimburse management personnel for the cost of an annual physical examination. <br /> The amount of the reimbursement shall not exceed $375.00 per year. In lieu of the physical <br /> examination reimbursement, management employees may participate in any Wellness Program <br /> offered by the City. <br /> 15.2 Part-Time Employees <br /> Management and confidential employees employed on either a regular one -half time or regular <br /> three- quarter time basis shall receive prorated benefits as determined by the City Manager. <br /> 15.3 Cafeteria Plan <br /> The City shall establish an IRC Section 125 Cafeteria Plan should there be sufficient interest <br /> among the members of the management group for such a plan. <br /> 15.4 General Leave <br /> The City shall investigate implementing the concept of "general leave." <br /> 9/1/99 Page 17 of 27 <br />
