CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-104 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br /> STREETS) TO ESTABLISH AN ALL-WAY STOP AT <br /> JOHNSON DRIVE AND OWENS DRIVE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution <br /> Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 3, 1999, the City Council received and discussed a report <br /> (SR 99:232) from the Director of Public Works related to a request to install an <br /> all-way stop at the intersection of Johnson Drive and Owens Drive Noah; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add <br /> subsection 3j-4 to Section 3 (Stop Intersections). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City <br /> Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 3j-4 to Section 3 to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "3j-4 Johnson Drive, at Owens Drive Noah, stopping traffic in both directions on <br /> Johnson Drive." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
