b. The building wall color shall be Navajo beige or equivalent. <br />c. An alternative building fixture, consistent with the building design, shall be <br />used instead of the proposed "Gardo" wall fixture. <br />d. No orange loading doors may be used on any structure covered by this <br />approval. <br />e. Implement the building design changes specified by Larry Cannon for <br />Home Depot, dated July 12, 2006, and for the Gateway Center, dated <br />November 7, 2006. <br />These changes shall be shown on the building permit plan set, subject to the <br />review and approval by the Planning Director, before issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />14. The development covered by this approval shall implement the City's Green <br />Building Ordinance as follows: <br />a. The project developer shall implement the measures identified in the U.S. <br />Green Building Council's (USGBC), "Leadership in Energy and <br />Environmental Design (LEED)" 2.0 rating system in the design, <br />construction, and operation of the proposed Home Depot building supply <br />store and garden center to achieve a "Certified" level. <br />b. The project developer shall use their best efforts to implement the <br />measures identified in the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC), <br />"Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)" 2.0 rating <br />system in the design, construction, and operation of the Longs Drugs <br />pharmacy building and the Stores "A", "B", and "C" buildings and the "Pad" <br />building, including all future tenant improvements. These measures shall <br />be shown on the building permit plan set submitted for review and <br />approval before issuance of a building permit. <br />15. No signage is approved with this application. A comprehensive sign program <br />shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval under a <br />separate sign design review application prior to submittal of the first building <br />permit application. <br />16. Longs Drugs operating hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except for the drive- <br />through, which may operate 24 hours per day. Truck delivery and loading/off- <br />loading hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />17. No grill, cook top, range, grill faceplate, etc., of any type may be located in any <br />restaurant, soda fountain, coffee shop, etc., located in the "Pad" building. This <br />condition shall be verified by the Planning Director with the tenant improvement <br />application(s) for this building. <br />Page 6 of 20 <br />
