PUBLIC COMMENT
In the past, staff has held informational meetings with property owners from each
District to promote a better understanding of these districts. Over the last several years
only one resident has attended these meetings. The single resident expressed concerns
about erosion that was taking place on the hillside above the homes within the Oak Tree
Farm development. Staff has addressed this issue over the last four years as the
budget allowed. These repairs are now complete.
Staff had considered having a informational meeting this year because of the
annexation of the Kolb Ranch Subdivision to the Laurel Creek GHAD; however, there
has been only one occupancy within the Kolb Ranch Subdivision to-date; consequently,
staff is suggesting postponing the meeting until next year, when there will be new
residents within this CHAD. This report will once again be sent to all the residents within
each of the GHADs. Any questions that arise from that mailing will be addressed in our
June 19, 2007 staff report.
Respectfully submitted,
Rob Wilson
Director of Public Works
L ' `max-tC'l~~~c 1, {jt.~
David P.
