ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 PONDEROSA <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br />Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1984-1, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section <br />22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br />Landscaping, including trees, shrubs and imgation system all as delineated on the landscape and <br />imgation plans for Tract 5257 (Phase III Landscape Maintenance District 1984-1). <br />Said improvements are within the following areas: <br />a. North of Corte de Flores on the west side of Paseo Santa Cruz approximately 160 feet <br />long by 6 feet wide, and north of Corte Pacifica on the east side of Paseo Santa Cruz <br />approximately 1,370 feet long by 6 feet wide. <br />This Report consists of five parts, as follows: <br />PART A <br />PART B <br />PART C <br />PART D <br />PART E <br />sp fully sub 'tted, <br />Philip ru stick <br />City Engineer <br />Plans and specifications for the improvements constructed in 1985. <br />An estimate of the cost for maintenance of the existing improvements and proposed <br />improvements. <br />An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land <br />within the Assessment District. <br />A statement describing the method by which the amount proposed to be assessed against <br />each parcel was determined. <br />An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment <br />district. This diagram is keyed to Part C by assessment diagram number. <br />2 <br />
