ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1995-1 MOLLER RANCH <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br />Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995- <br />1, Moller Ranch, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report, as directed by the City <br />Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel transition <br />zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the <br />open space and designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation <br />systems, together with all appurtenances and incidental expenses within Tract 6618, City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br />PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. Although <br />separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in <br />it by reference. <br />PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br />PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land <br />within the Assessment District. <br />PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount <br />proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br />PART E - A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within this assessment district.
