CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-233 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THEAPPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. CATW~IAN, JR. <br />FOR PUD REZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT PLANAPPROVAL <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-90-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 11, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of Joseph W. Callahan, Jr., for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning from the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - C (Commercial) and R-i-20,000 Residential <br />Districts to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR <br />(High Density Residential) District, and for development <br />plan approval and a low-income Growth Management Program <br />exemption to allow the construction of 88 single-family <br />detached zero lot-line units, 46 single-family detached <br />in-law units, and 24 single-family attached townhouse <br />units on an approximately 12.76 acre site located at <br />3801, 3963, and 3967 Stanley Boulevard, the area <br />generally bounded by Del Valle Parkway, Stanley <br />Boulevard, and the Union Pacific Railroad; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated November 21, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
