CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-228 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-80-16-SD, THE <br />APPLICATION OF PACTEL PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN <br />REVIEW APPROVAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />PacTel has applied for design review approval to <br />construct a 3,937 sq. ft. single-story Bank of America <br />branch office located at 6005 Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a Negative Declaration was previously prepared and <br />adopted for PUD-80-16-3M and PUD-80-16-7D, including a <br />complete analysis of potential impacts and traffic <br />considerations for the subject use, and therefore, this <br />application does not constitute a new project under CEQA <br />and no new environmental documents accompany this <br />application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on December 11, 1990 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project including <br />its design, cumulative impact, consistency with <br />PUD-80-16-3M, PUD-80-16-7D, and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the project is consistent <br />with PUD-80-16-3M and PUD-80-16-7D, as well as with the <br />City's General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of PacTel Properties for <br /> design review approval to construct a 3,937 sq. ft. <br /> single-story Bank of America branch office located at <br /> 6005 Stoneridge Drive, subject to the conditions listed <br /> in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
