CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-227 RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-81-30-51D, THE APPLICATION OF JO}tN DUTRA FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL WHEREAS, John Dutra has applied for design review approval to construct 2 two-story office buildings located generally at the southeast corner of the Stoneridge Drive/Chabot Drive intersection; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was previously prepared and certified for Hacienda Business Park, development of the subject property was anticipated in a consistent manner with the proposed project and was included within the scope of the EIR, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental documents to accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 11, 1990 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30-19M, PUD-85-8-3M, and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30-19M and PUD-85-8-3M, as well as with the City's General Plan; NOW,'THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of John Dutra for design review approval to construct 2 two-story office buildings totaling 28,120 sq. ft. in area located generally at the southeast corner of the Stoneridge Drive/Chabot Drive intersection, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
