CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-218 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF S & S PROPERTIES (WESTBROOK) FOR REZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FI?~DUNDERCASE PUD-90-13 WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 20, 1990, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of S & S Properties (Westbrook) for rezoning from "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District and for development plan approval to construct 40 single- family residential units on an approximately nine acre portion of a fourteen acre site located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 23, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of S & S Properties (Westbrook) for rezoning from "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District and for development plan approval to construct 40 single-family residential units on an approximately nine acre portion of a fourteen acre site located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road.
