CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-218 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF S & S PROPERTIES <br />(WESTBROOK) FOR REZONINGAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL AS FI?~DUNDERCASE PUD-90-13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 20, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for the <br />application of S & S Properties (Westbrook) for rezoning <br />from "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District and <br />for development plan approval to construct 40 single- <br />family residential units on an approximately nine acre <br />portion of a fourteen acre site located at 10890 Dublin <br />Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated August 23, 1990 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br />development plan would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br />of S & S Properties (Westbrook) for rezoning from "A" <br />(Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />Medium Density Residential District and for development <br />plan approval to construct 40 single-family residential <br />units on an approximately nine acre portion of a fourteen <br />acre site located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
