CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-217 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELRMENTDESIGNATION OF THE GENERAL PLANOF A NINE ACRE PORTION OF THE SITE LOCATED AT 10890 DUBLIN CANYON ROAD (GP-90-7) WHEREAS, S & S Properties (Westbrook) has made application to change the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan for a nine acre portion of a fourteen acre site located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road from the "Low Density Residential" to the "Medium Density Residential" District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the proposed change and made recommendations concerning the same; and WHEREAS a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 20, 1990, at which time the City Council reviewed the proposed General Plan Amendment and considered all reports, documents, testimony, and recommendations; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined that a Negative Declaration was appropriate for the proposed General Plan Amendment and adopted Resolution NO. 90-216 approving the Negative Declaration; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make a change to the Land Use Element of the General Plan at this time as one of the four times during the calendar year such changes may be made. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council approves the application of S & S Properties (Westbrook) for an amendment to the Land Use Element of the General Plan to change the designation of approximately nine acre portion of a fourteen acre site located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road from "Low Density Residential" to "Medium Density Residential." Section 2: The City Council determines that this is one of the four times in 1990 that the land use element of the General Plan is amended as authorized by Government Code §65631.
