CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-216 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF S & S PROPERTIES FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AS FIT~D UNDER CASE GP-90-7 WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 20, 1990, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of S & S Properties for an amendment to the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan to change from "Low Density Residential" to "Medium Density Residential" an approximately nine acre portion of a fourteen acre site located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated August 23, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed General Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and localguidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed General Plan Amendment would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of S & S Properties to amend the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan, as filed under case GP-90-7. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
