CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-215 RESOLUTION APPROVING A SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT FOR JAY AND KYOUNGKU'S APPROXIMATELY 48,000 SQ. FT. SENIOR CARE FACILITY WHEREAS, Jay and Kyoung Ku have applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval to construct a two-story, approximately 84,000 sq. ft., 70 room senior care facility to be located on an approximately 1.5 acre site located on the north side of Mohr Avenue immediately westerly of the former Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 20, 1990, the City Council considered all public testimony and relevant exhibits concerning this matter; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 15, Sewer Service Regulations, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Council finds that the capacity required for this Project would exceed both (1) a rate of three thousand gallons per day per net acre and (2) a total flow of seven thousand gallons per day; and WHEREAS, the City Council determines that granting the connection permit would not adversely affect the ability of the city to serve other new users. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves a sewer connection permit for the approximately 9,000 gallon per day capacity required for the senior care facility located on an approximately 1.5 acre site located on the north side of Mohr Avenue immediately westerly of the former Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way as filed under case PUD-90-7. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
