CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-215 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT FOR JAY <br />AND KYOUNGKU'S APPROXIMATELY 48,000 SQ. FT. SENIOR CARE <br />FACILITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Jay and Kyoung Ku have applied for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval to <br />construct a two-story, approximately 84,000 sq. ft., 70 <br />room senior care facility to be located on an <br />approximately 1.5 acre site located on the north side of <br />Mohr Avenue immediately westerly of the former Southern <br />Pacific Railroad right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their duly noticed public hearing of November 20, <br />1990, the City Council considered all public testimony <br />and relevant exhibits concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in accordance with Chapter 15, Sewer Service Regulations, <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Council finds that the <br />capacity required for this Project would exceed both (1) <br />a rate of three thousand gallons per day per net acre and <br />(2) a total flow of seven thousand gallons per day; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council determines that granting the connection <br />permit would not adversely affect the ability of the city <br />to serve other new users. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves a sewer connection permit for the <br />approximately 9,000 gallon per day capacity required for <br />the senior care facility located on an approximately 1.5 <br />acre site located on the north side of Mohr Avenue <br />immediately westerly of the former Southern Pacific <br />Railroad right-of-way as filed under case PUD-90-7. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
