CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-206 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING BOB KENNY AS A REGULAR <br />MEMBER OF THE HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Denise Howe was appointed as an alternate member of the <br />Human Services Commission for a term of four years, which <br />term expires on May 20, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it has become necessary for Ms. Howe to resign as an <br />Alternate Member of the Human Services Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br />who are interested in serving on the Human Services <br />Commission and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Bob Kenny is hereby appointed as an Alternate Member <br />of the Human Services Commission to fill the unexpired <br />term of Denise Howe, which term expires on May 20, 1991, <br />or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 6, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO ~F.O~: ~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
