CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-205 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH CArW,~{AN AS FILED UNDERCASE PUD-90-10 WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 6, 1990, the city Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Joseph W. Callahan, Jr. for PUD rezoning and development plan approval to rezone an approximately 1.8 acre site from PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Neighborhood Commercial to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District and to construct 24 townhomes on this site, as filed under Case PUD-90-10; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 17, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Joseph W. Callahan, Jr. for planned unit development rezoning and development plan approval for the construction of 24 townhome units located at 600 Palomino Drive, as filed under Case PUD-90-10.
