CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-204 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY OF PT~ASANTON TO <br />FAR WEST ASSOCIATES, LTD. FOR A TEMPORARY <br />CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />one of the conditions of approval of PUD-83-8 required <br />the developer to grant a 50-foot temporary construction <br />easement needed by the contractor to construct the Ka~p <br />Drive/Stoneridge Drive connection; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Shea Homes completed the Kamp Drive/Stoneridge Drive <br />connector in 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Far West Associates, Ltd., developer of Tract 6164, which <br />is adjacent to Kamp Drive and Stoneridge Drive, now <br />wishes that the temporary construction easement be <br />removed from the title to its property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />staff has reviewed the request and finds it appropriate <br />to quitclaim the City's interest in this temporary <br />construction easement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the Mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed from <br />the city of Pleasanton to Far West Associates, Ltd. for <br />the 50-foot construction easement, more particularly <br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
